Daily Time Entry

Employees can simply go to your Time IQ website and enter their time logs at any time. Our unique visual feedback system allows you to set a minimum number of hours per work-day, and will give employees visual feedback when they have missed entering the required number of hours in a day.

Powerful Visual Reports

You can easily keep track of your hour count and progress as a project progresses with Time IQ’s visual reporting tools. This means you can take a look at all of your project statistics at a glance. Visual Reporting is available at the Overview, Project, Employee, and Task level which will allow you to gain more insight into your time logs. You can also export to Excel or CSV from any report—they are easy to print as well.

Billing System Integration / Data Export

At the end of your billing cycles Time IQ makes it easy to get your time records into your billing system of choice. You can directly export to Quickbooks ™, Excel, and a standard comma-delimited format that can be imported into many different billing systems.

Custom Task Types

Many organizations prefer to track employees duties along with their time logs. With Time IQ you can create your own custom tasks that are relevant to your business. For example, an auto-body shop might have a task group for their Paint Shop employees. They could set up tasks to track how much time on a project had been spent “Prepping”, “Priming”, or “Painting.”

Billable and Non-Billable Time Flagging

Tasks can be flagged as Billable or Non-Billable by default, which allows for a greater precision of your time logs if your company deals with billable and non-billable time. By default all new tasks are created with the Billable option turned on--you'll only need to worry about it if you want to see non-billable time in your visual reports and your data exports.

Customer Organization

You can easily manage your client and project lists within Time IQ. Enter as much information about your clients as you like. Billing Information, Client Contacts, Projects, and Notes can all be managed.

Employee Organization

The Employee manager allows you to manage full-time, part-time, and contract resources and store any vital contact and employment information for them. Our unique project and task access systems allow you to give some employees full access to add time to all projects and to select any tasks from your available task groups—as well as restrict access to projects or tasks on a per-item basis.

Outside Contractor Access

The ability to restrict employee account access to specific tasks and projects allows Time IQ customers to require outside contractors to track their time within their internal time tracking solution. Keep track on exactly where you are in terms of outside cost and productivity while having the peace of mind knowing that your client and project lists are safe and secure.

Color Schemes

The Time IQ will allow you to change the default color schemes to match the colors that fit your company profile.
