FAQ
Do I have to provide a credit card number to sign up?
No! During our limited free trial program no credit card information is required to open an account. If you decide that Time IQ is for you, simply update your credit card information on your Account page and your accound will be charged when your free trial expires. If you don't want to keep your account open, simply let it expire.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope. Time IQ is a month-to-month service. You can cancel at any time. There are no set-up fees, cancellation fees, or fees of any type other than the monthly cost of your plan.
Can I Upgrade or Downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time--as long as your current active employee count is within range for the plan you want to move to. For example, a company with 50 users on the Enterprise plan can't move to the Team plan until there are 5 or less employees that are active on their account. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time from the Account menu in your Time IQ site.
How does the 30-day trial work?
All of our new customers receive a free 30-day trial. There are no strings attached. Simply cancel your account before you reach your 30 day anniversary and your credit card will not be charged. This is the perfect way to evaluate Time IQ and how it can benefit your organization.
After 30 days your card will be charged every 30 days until you cancel your account. You can cancel your account from the Account menu in your Time IQ site.
