
Time IQ is quick and easy to set up. Once you add your employees and clients to the system, you are all set to start tracking project time immediately.
If you prefer to have more detailed reports by individual task - make sure to set up tasks when going through this getting started guide. It is much easier to set up tasks before adding employees to the system so you can configure the task permissions as you add employees.

Logging in to your account is simple and easy! When you signed up for Time IQ service, you chose a name for your account. It would look something like this:
You should have received a confirmation email when setting up your account with your username, password, and the url to your Time IQ site. Simply use the credentials provided there to login to your Time IQ site.
If you did not receive your Time IQ login instructions when setting up your account, simply use the "forgot password" functionality on your Time IQ site to quickly and easily have your username and password emailed to you.
If you don't know the name of your Time IQ site, and have lost your confirmation email, contact support@timeiq.com. Please provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and the name of your business where applicable. We will look up your account and send you a new confirmation email.
