Clients & Projects


Adding Clients and Projects to your Time IQ site is quick and easy. With Time IQ you can configure as many clients and projects as you need. There are no limits, restrictions, or per-project fees. Set up as many as you like.

How to add a Client:
  1. Login to your Time IQ site.
  2. Click the Clients link in the main navigation.
  3. On the right side of the Clients menu, click "Add Client."
  4. Enter the Name of your client and any other information you would like to store.
  5. Click the Add button to add your client. You will be taken to the detail page of your new client.
How to add a Project:
  1. On the detail page of your client, there will be a Projects menu.
  2. Click "Add Project" to add a project for this client.
  3. Enter the name of your project and check the employees that you would like to assign to this new project.
  4. Click "Add" and your new project will be available to all selected Employees.

Any time you wish to modify who has access to a project, simply go to your Client detail page and click the name of the project to which you want to grant access. You can add or remove individual employees by checking or removing the check from the appropriate boxes.
