If your Time IQ account is closed for any reason–trial expiration, an expired credit card, etc, you can reactivate it at any time by signing in as an Administrator and adding a new valid form of payment.
When you reactivate a closed account, your new 30 day subscription period will start on the day of reactivation–so you aren’t paying for any of the days that your account was closed.

Opening a closed account
- Sign in to your Time IQ account as an Administrator
- Follow the on screen prompts to add a payment method
- Your account should be reactivated!
