How does the 30-day trial work?
All of our new customers start out with a free 30-day trial. There are no strings attached. As long as you do not submit your credit card information before you reach your 30 day anniversary, your credit card will not be charged. This is the perfect way to evaluate Time IQ and how it can benefit your organization. If you choose to renew your account, your card will be charged every month until you cancel your account.
 
 
Do I have to provide a credit card number to sign up?
Nope. No credit card information is required to open an account, nor is one required during the 30-day free trial period. If you decide that Time IQ is for you, simply add your credit card information on your Settings page and your card will be charged when your trial expires. If you don't want to keep your account open, simply let your trial expire.
 
 
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Time IQ is a month-to-month service. You can cancel at any time. There are no set-up fees, cancellation fees, or fees of any type other than the monthly cost of your plan.
 
 
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
All Time IQ accounts have the complete set of Time IQ features. You can enable or disable more advanced features in the Settings area; you do not need to pay an additional charge to upgrade your account in order to access any features. Your monthly cost is based only on the number of users you have.
