General Troubleshooting
Who can use this feature?
   All users can use this feature.

If you are having any general functionality issues with Time IQ, the best place to start is by doing a hard refresh of your Time IQ site.

Here are instructions for how to do a hard refresh in the major browsers that we support:

Chrome

Windows

  • Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
  • Or, Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and press F5.

Mac

  • Hold down⇧ Shift on your keyboard and click the Reload button.
  • Or, hold down ⌘ Command and ⇧ Shift on your keyboard and press the R key.

Firefox

Windows

  • Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and press F5.
  • Or, hold down Ctrl and Shift on your keyboard and then press the R key.

Mac

  • Hold down⇧ Shift on your keyboard and click the Reload button.
  • Or, hold down ⌘ Command and ⇧ Shift on your keyboard and press the R key.

Internet Explorer

  • Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and press F5.
  • Or, hold down Ctrl key on your keyboard and click the Refresh button.
