Activating an archived client

If your team needs to work on projects for a client that was previously archived, you can Activate that client so you can start working on projects for it again.

Note: Managers will only be able to activate clients they have been assigned to manage.

Activating an archived client

  1. Go to the Projects page in your Time IQ account
  2. Click the “Archived Projects” tab at the top of the Projects page
  3. Find the client you want to Activate, and click on the green “Activate Client” button
  4. Your client is now activated!

Activating a client makes it’s previously active projects available to all people who previously had permissions to log to them.
