Activate An Archived Person
Who can use this feature?
   Only Administrators can use this feature.

If an employee returns to your team and needs access to Time IQ, you can Activate their account at any time to give them immediate access.

  1. Go to the People Page in your Time IQ account
  2. Click the Archived tab on the People Page
  3. Locate and click on the Person you want to Activate to go to their Person Detail page
  4. Click the ‘Activate’ button at the top of the page to activate the Person.

Once the account is activated, the person will have immediate access to sign in to their Time IQ account.

You can click the ‘Resend Login Info’ button if you want to remind the person how to sign into the system and access their account.
