Adding a new service
Who can use this feature?
   Administrators and Managers can use this feature.
  1. Go to the Services Page in your Time IQ account
  2. Click the “Add Service” button
  3. Select which category this service will be filed under or click the “New Category” button which will allow you to enter in a new service category name
  4. Enter the service name
  5. Click “Add”

You can also select whether the new service will be billable or non-billable at this time. This option can be changed later on.
