Add Services (optional)

If you want to track the services your team performs for your clients, you can enable Services on the Settings page.

Once enabled, you can create an unlimited number of Service Categories, and as many individual Services as you like.

Tip: If you aren’t sure how to structure your clients and projects, take advantage of Our Support Team who would be happy to share with you some ideas and examples of what other clients have done and what might work best for you.

How To Enable Services

1. Navigate to the Settings page

2. Toggle Services to “Enabled”

Once you enable services you can click ‘Edit Services’ to go to the Services page.

How To Add Service Categories

Service categories are a way to group and organize your services.

1. Navigate to the Settings page

2. Click Add Service Category

3. Enter Category Name

Enter the name of your category and then click Add to add it to the list.

How To Add Services

1. Navigate to the Services page

3. Enter Service Information

Select the category to add the service to, Add the name of the service, and select whether or not the time logged to this service should be marked as billable.

Click Add.

4. Manage Service Permissions

The Service Detail page will allow you to assign permissions to allow people to log time under each service.
