Enabling the batch entry interface

The Batch Entry interface for time tracking gives people the ability to work with their time sheet in a spreadsheet style interface.  This is an optional home interface for people who are using the Duration time tracking style.


Enabling the Batch Entry Interface

Administrators may enable access to this interface from Settings.

  1. Go to the Settings Page in your Time IQ account
  2. Scroll down to the “Time Tracking” section on the settings page
  3. Select “yes” in the “Allow Batch Entry” dropdown menu.

Accessing the Batch Entry Interface

Once batch entry is enabled, a new tab will appear as an option on the Home page in Time IQ for all people who log their time in Duration mode.
